| We meet on a regular basis to reflect on our work and how client projects are going. We need client feedback to turn ensure we are meeting the expectations, as well as the needs, of our clients. We can not improve our products and services if we don't know about our own shortcomings.. |

| We only work with clients we respect. That means we respect what they say and think about our work. We want our clients to be brutally honest with us without being concerned about hurting our feelings. We put our personal feelings aside and listen with the intent of understanding. That enables us with the ability to respond appropriately. |

| Respond without Reacting |
| A response usually takes more time than a reaction does. Providing a response means you have taken the time to think through the issues, make mentally appropriate adjustments, and consider all options before getting back to the requestor. Reacting will usually get you into trouble in one form or another. |
